Mr. Kunal Ganguli ... for the opposite party no.1 Petitioner herein aggrieved by an order dated 06.09.2024 by which the trial court granted monthly maintenance allowance to the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 15,000/- per month and 10,000/- to her minor child and Rs. 5,000/- on monthly basis for her accommodation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 1 submits that the petitioner's remedy challenging the aforesaid order lies before the learned District Judge, Paschim Bardhaman.

In such circumstances, CRR 2210 of 2025 is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate forum subject to other provisions of law.
