Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. She submits that the petitioner was mainly accompanying the accused when the incident occurred.

She submits that the victim did not undergo any medical test.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the court to the statements recorded under section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the victim. In answer to the query from court he submits that the victim did not undergo medical test.

Considering the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM 4827 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
