The writ petitioner is aggrieved with investigation into Dum Dum Police Station Case No. 93 of 2023 dated 22.02.2023.

The Dum Dum Police Station has filed a report dated 08.05.2023 indicating that the investigation is continuing.

4.

It is ordered that investigation into the subject FIR be completed within one month from date.

5.

In the event of any further complaint of any threat or intimidation against the petitioner, the Dum Dum Police Station may consider posting a constable at the said residence at the cost of the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
