Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner so far the present writ petition is concerned, stands redressed since concerned police authority has drawn up FIR based on the complaint lodged and criminal prosecution has been initiated.

State respondents are represented by Mr. Das, learned Additional Government Pleader.

However, it is contended on behalf of the petitioner that copy of the FIR needs to be supplied to the petitioner.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, no further order need be passed on this writ petition.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

However, concerned police authority is directed to

supply copy of the FIR upon the petitioner by seven days from date.
