It appears from the report of the stamp reporter that the appellant was put to notice on 9th August, 2018 to remove the defects. One of the defects was removed. However, the second defect was not cured.

The appellant initially did not appear.

However, on 16th February, 2022 we directed the appellant to cure the defects and in the event such defects are not removed, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to this court. Since defect was not removed till date in spite of sufficient opportunities were given, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 16th February, 2022.

The Regstrar, Administration (L & OM) is directed to communicate this order to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Howrah, for information and record.
