Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated 22nd December, 2020 has already been complied with. In view of the submission of the parties and taking into consideration the compliance report, the contempt proceeding is dropped and the contempt application being CPAN 474 of 2021 stands disposed of accordingly.
