The petitioner seeks bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequently, on March 17, 2021, when the earlier prayer for bail was rejected, the Court in Seisin did not frame the charge.

In answer to a query of the Court, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that on May 5, 2021, charges could not be framed as there was a Resolution of the Bar.

This Court cannot be oblivious of the fact that the ongoing pandemic affected functioning of the Court also. There is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated March 17, 2021 warranting this Hon'ble Court to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail being C.R.M. 4831 of 2021 is dismissed.
