The petitioner seek consideration of the consideration sent through post on 05.12.2022 addressed to the CDPO, Chapra ICDS Project for being appointed as Anganwadi Sahayika for Hridaypur Gram Panchayat.

Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner as it appears that the representation of the petitioner is pending consideration for a considerable period of time, accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the CDPO, Chapra to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with the relevant Rules/Regulations at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the aforesaid representation to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
