Three writ petitions are taken up together for consideration when Ms.

Mukhopadhayay, learned advocate representing the private respondents submits that all the three writ petitions have been disposed of by the Hon'ble Division Bench vide order dated 6th April, 2022 passed on batch of appeals first appeal being FMA 739 of 2021.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the private respondents no order need be passed on these three writ petitions.

Department is directed to treat these three writ petitions as disposed of and not show the same

as pending in the system.

The order dated 6th April, 2022 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench be retained on record. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
