We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses disclose participation of the petitioner in the murder of the victim.

In view of the aforesaid fact and prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
