C.P.A.N. 521 of 2022 Affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Pradhan, Gopalnagar - 1, Gram Panchayat. It appears therefrom that the Pradhan was of the opinion that the subject construction is an unauthorised one.

Documents in connection with the proceeding to deal with the unauthorised construction have been forwarded by the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat to the Sub Divisional Officer, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas. The Sub Divisional Officer, Bongaon, 24 Pargnas North shall take necessary consequential steps in the matter in accordance with law.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
