Ms. Sengupta, learned senior Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners intend to file separate writ petitions instead of a combined one, therefore, leave may be granted to withdraw it with liberty to file afresh.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted.

WPA 11908 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioners to file separate writ petitions for the selfsame relief.
