In the cause title the expression "W.P.A. No. 11773 of 2021" shall be corrected to read as "W.P.A. No. 11733 of 2021".

In the last line of the third paragraph of the second page of the order dated 13th September, 2021, the expression 'dismissed' shall stand corrected and be read as 'disposed of'.

Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 13th September, 2021.

The other parts of the order dated 13th September, 2021 shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take steps accordingly. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
