This problem is pending for quite some time.

I direct the petitioner to meet the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on any day in this week in the office hours and the Secretary of the Board is directed to have a talk with the petitioner in this regard. If necessary the petitioner shall have liberty to file a hardcopy of his application for getting the TET certificate.

I am told that the last date for making application, after extension, is 30th September, 2022. However, I think that the petitioner shall be allowed to take steps as aforesaid by 20th September, 2022. With the above observation and direction, the writ application is disposed of.
