It appears from the submission made on behalf of the State respondents that vide Memo No. 65/D dated 24th January, 2025, the District Magistrate has already forwarded a request to the Principal Secretary of the Paschimanchal Unnayan Affairs Department being the respondent no. 2 for sanction of fund for release of payment for the various schemes including that of the petitioner.

The respondent no. 2 is, accordingly, directed to take necessary steps and ensure that the dues of the petitioner are disbursed at the earliest but not later than four months from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward all documents of the claim to the aforesaid respondents at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
