I have considered the material on record. The victim has implicated the petitioner in the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The victim is a minor aged about 15 years.

Considering the nature and gravity of the offence as well as implication of the petitioner therein, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail is disposed of. Case diary be returned.
