Petitioner alleges that his property is being encroached and the order passed by the civil court in TS No. 21 of 2020 is being violated by the private respondent nos. 4 to 9.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents raises objection and submits that there was an earlier suit and this subsequent suit has been preferred by suppressing the earlier suit.

Be that as it may, State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities on receipt of information have already drawn up proceedings under section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of the anxiety expressed by the petitioner, I direct that the petitioner would file an appropriate application before the civil court for rendering police assistance. In case the civil court passes any direction, the police authorities would respect, obey and implement such order.

For the time being the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11918 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
