Mr. Rafikul Islam Sardar ... for the petitioner Mr. Asish Kumar Guha Mr. Jayak Gupta ..for the State Mr. ..for the respondent no.7 The petitioner alleges inaction on the part of the police authorities in taking steps on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated June 8, 2022.

The learned advocate for the respondent no.7 submits that a no objection was granted to the said respondent by the petitioner, to run the shop. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the said no objection was obtained forcefully. Perused the complaint. In the event, the police authorities are of the opinion that an investigation would be required on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the same shall be expedited and concluded, in accordance with law.

The police authorities shall keep a strict vigil in order to ensure that no untoward incident takes place over the shop room.

This order, shall not prevent the petitioner from approaching the other statutory authorities with

regard to the other allegations against the respondent no. 7 of statutory non-compliance.

This writ petition is disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
