Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Apex Court in Transfer Petition (CRL.) No.317 of 2024 vide order dated 9th October, 2025 has recorded the compromise between the parties.

Perusal of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court indicates that inter alia the maintenance case bearing M.C. No.132 of 2022 under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Serampore, Hooghly has been disposed of in terms of the compromise. 4.

Since the Misc. Case has already been disposed of, the present petition become infructuous.
