Vaisya, AGP Mr. Ranjan Saha .....For the State The petitioner's grievance is that she for the first time filed one application for general transfer on special ground in the month of February, 2014 which is at page 41 of the writ application but it was never paid any attention by the appropriate authority. After Notification of the State dated 16.10.2020 which is at page 44 (Annexure 'P-6') of the writ application she made another prayer for transfer on 25.02.2021 to the Commissioner of School Education which is also pending. She prays for a decision at an early date in respect of prayer for transfer, which is pending since 2014 and now is pending before the Commissioner of School Education by her prayer dated 25.02.2021.

Learned advocate for the State and learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Secondary

Education are also present today.

After considering the matter on merit I direct the Commissioner of School Education to take a decision on the prayer of the petitioner dated 25.02.2021 within a period of twelve weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and if necessary also to other respondents and to communicate his decision to the petitioner by two weeks after expiry of the said twelve weeks' period. With the above direction the writ application is disposed of.
