Ld. advocate submits that out of a sum of Rs.2,20,000/-, a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- has already been paid and there are dues of Rs.70,000, which the o.p. is evading.

The ld. JM, 2nd Court, Alipore is directed to ensure that the arrear of Rs.70,000/- are liquidated within the next six months from the date of communication of this order. This payment towards arrear will be in addition to the regular maintenance so directed to be paid. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1772 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
