An application for relaxation of the conditions of bail which was imposed by an order dated 04.07.2022 has been prayed for to be modified to relax the conditions of the bail of the petitioner. The conditions so imposed to physically appear before the learned special court once in a fortnight irrespective of whether any date has been fixed by the concerned court is altered to once in a month.

The other conditions remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
