Learned advocate for the State is present and submits that the simple reason and/or the purpose of filing the writ petition was regarding the progress of

the investigation of the aforesaid case.

In view of the purpose for which the writ petition was preferred, has been subserved, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11921 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
