1. In view of the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the post-mortem report of the victim and the statements of eye-witnesses recorded before the learned Magistrate, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

3. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
