Petitioner claims that he was appointed as a civic volunteer and that his appointment was not renewed due to a false case against him.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the bill is of 2019. There are two representations made, which are yet to be considered.

Learned advocate for the distribution company submits that, the petitioner made several representations. The representation dated March 13, 2018 be considered. None appears for the State.

In the facts of the present case, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the representation dated March 13, 2018 made by the petitioner at annexure 'P-6' page 23 of the writ petition, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and

preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. The respondent no. 3 will afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The respondent no. 3 is at liberty to hear such other parties and consult such documents that it deems necessary. The respondent no. 3 will communicate its reasoned order to the petitioner forthwith thereafter.

WPA No. 9773 of 2018 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
