Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation advanced on 12th April, 2025 and the subsequent information so furnished by the petitioner with the Panchasayar Police Station has not been acted upon and the petitioner is suffering inconveniences at the behest of the private respondents.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos.6 to 9 submits that the issue has cropped up in respect of organising puja.

State has submitted a report which reflects that since the year 2021 criminal case has been initiated at the behest of the writ petitioner and also at the behest of the respondent no.7. Number of criminal cases and counter cases are pending inter se the parties.

Having considered the nature of the dispute, I am of the opinion that since the jurisdictional criminal courts are already in seisin of the issue, if there are inconveniences faced and/or violations of the conditions of bail are made out, the parties would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate in seisin of the issue. Police authorities would only ensure that there is no breach of peace and/or tranquility and/or any further untoward incident arising from the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11017 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocates appearing for the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
