Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction 01-05-2024 Subha Item no. 84 Ct no.34 CRR 1774 of 2024 Ria Das -versus- State of West Bengal and anr.

Mr. Mit Guha Roy .....for the petitioner.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that neither the regular maintenance amount nor the arrears amount are paid in connection with MEX Case No. 852 of 2023 and ACM Case no. 478 of 2021.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the monthly maintenance so awarded is Rs.10,000/- and the arrears which have accumulated cumulatively are Rs.1,10,000/-. So far as the MEX NO. 852 of 2023 is concerned, learned Magistrate is directed to take steps so that the same is liquidated in eight monthly installments. So far as subsequent arrears which have accumulated, should be disbursed with regular maintenance. Learned Magistrate will insist upon clearing the same and ensure that the regular maintenance is paid in addition to the amount to be released for the arrears maintenance.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1774 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed

of.
