State has submitted a report which reflects that earlier directions were passed in WPA 22472 of 2024.

Having considered the nature of the dispute complained of which is absolutely private dispute, the police

authorities have not interfered with the dispute.

However, as earlier there were necessary directions having been passed, further prayers which have been advanced for the purposes of circumventing the process of law, cannot be entertained in the present case by invoking the provisions under Article of the Constitution of India.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11132 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
