Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in excess of 320 days. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that 420 bottles of phensedyl was seized from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering that commercial quantity of contraband was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. CRM 4839 of 2021 is dismissed.
