The petitioner seeks implementation of the notice of demolition dated February 4, 2021.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 5 & 6 submits that the persons who are aggrieved by the order of demolition have already preferred an appeal in terms of Section 218(3) of the West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993, before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ranaghat, Nadia.

Thus, no order can be passed in the writ petition. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. The prayers in the writ petition are not decided on merits.
