Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Considering the facts and circumstances, specially the fact that the accused persons who were arrested have been granted bail, we are of the view that the anticipatory bail can be allowed to the petitioner in the present case.

We allow this application for anticipatory bail. In the event of arrest, the petitioner will be released on furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioner will also comply with the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

CRM 4865 of 2021 is disposed of.
