1. Present application has been moved for restoration of the revision petition being CO 1551 of 2024 which was dismissed for default on 14th January, 2025.

2. In view of the submissions made, CO 1551 of 2024 is restored to its original file and number.

3. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of. In Re: CO 1551 of 2024

1. Present application has been moved for expeditious disposal of an injunction application in Title Suit No. 184 of 2016 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is pending since 2016 and the application for injunction is yet not being disposed of.

3. The Court considers that no prejudice shall be caused to the other party, if an appropriate order is passed for the expeditious disposal of the injunction application.

4. In these circumstances, learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas is directed to disposed of the injunction application in Title Suit No. 184 of 2016 without any further delay in accordance with law after giving the parties of being heard.

5. Accordingly, present petition being CO 1551 of 2024 stands disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly download from the official website of this Court.
