At the time of call accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the petitioner to complete service of notice.

Such prayer is refused since on 21st May, 2026 similar prayer was made and this Court directed the petitioner to complete service of notice upon all the respondents within a particular time and to file affidavit-of-service on the next date. 3.

Matter is not argued on merit before this Court today in spite of granting opportunity to the learned advocate representing the petitioner. 4.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. 5.

Writ petition stands dismissed.
