We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are implicated in the dying declaration of the victim. Keeping in mind the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
