Khan, Mr. Arup Sarkar ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the nature of the allegations which show that the petitioner had tried to commit rape and thereafter had pushed the victim out of a running train, we are of the opinion that in view of gravity of the offence, this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
