1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim implicates the petitioner in the murder. Bail prayer of co-accused similarly circumstanced with the petitioner was rejected in February and April, 2024 respectively. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
