Petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the 16-05-2024 Subha Item no. 17 Ct no.34 Misc. Execution Case No. 129 of 2023 and is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd court, Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman.

The execution case was filed for recovery of arrears to the tune of Rs.2.61 lakhs approximately. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman is directed to ensure that in four equal monthly installments the amount claimed in the execution case being Misc. Execution Case No. 129 of 2023 be cleared by the opposite party no. 2. In the alternative, the learned J. M, 3rd court, Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman would issue process for attachment of the salary.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1776 of 2024 is disposed of.
