1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and others were on a motorcycle. One of them shot at the victim. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Trial is in progress.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

5. Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
