2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the murder. His bail prayer was rejected in February 2024. Co-accused's bail prayer was also rejected in April 2024. There is no change in circumstances since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
