This matter relates for appointment in the post of Matron in Sadichak High School. The selection process was initiated in the year 2004 and a panel was also prepared in 2004.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
