Chatterjee ..for the respondent nos. 26 & 33 This matter has been filed in person by one Sandeep Krishna Rohatgi, whose prayer is for a direction upon the Enforcement Directorate to pay Rs. 20 crores as interim payment of Rs. 40 crores seized from one former Minister in respect of some land. Such order cannot be passed by this court. Hence, this application is not entertained and it is dismissed.
