Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of directions passed in TS 678 of 2022 by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur the police authorities were not adhering to the directions of civil court.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State has submitted a Photostat copy of the order dated 30th July, 2024 passed in Title Suit No. 678 of 2022 which reflects that the ad interim injunction which was earlier granted has been vacated by the learned Civil, Junior Division, 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur. A report has been submitted by the State which reflects that proceedings has been drawn

under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C. Having regard to the present stage of disputes I am of the opinion that the police authorities would keep surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident occurs because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties. With the aforesaid observations WPA No.

11955 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
