This is the second round of litigation between the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner is one of nonsupply of electricity to the premises of the petitioner. There are rival civil disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents. The matter has been repeatedly adjourned when several opportunities have been given to both the parties to amicably resolve their differences. 3.

Neither the petitioner, nor the private respondents who are present in person offer to make any payment towards the necessary statutory charges payable to the CESC Ltd.

The personal appearance of the private respondents is noted and dispensed with.

In the absence of any offer as to the mode and manner of payment, there is no scope for passing any order 5.

In view of the above, WPA 10879 of 2025 alongwith all connected applications stand dismissed. There is no scope for the Writ Court exercising discretionary jurisdiction to waive or reduce the necessary statutory charges which are payable to CESC Limited.

Liberty is granted to the CESC Limited to initiate appropriate action whether by way of contempt or otherwise insofar as any of their grievances are concerned.
