Petitioner claims that there has been interference and disturbance created at the behest of the private respondent nos.4 to 7 so far as the land referred to in the writ petition is concerned. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Having regard to the fact that the dispute referred to is absolutely amongst the private parties, the police authorities have acted in consonance with law.

Police authorities would continue their surveillance and would ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the police authorities, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law. The learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain the facts presented by the petitioner and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10978 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
