Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation of the petitioner before the police authorities as also the order passed by the learned Executive Magistrate in M.P. Case No. 5087 of 2023 has not been taken care of by the police authorities. State has submitted a report. I find that the issue relates to water connection in the flats of an apartment. Police authorities have enquired and found that there are dues in respect of electricity bills. Further the flats which have been claimed are not part of 'Kalpana Apartment' which is also referred to as the point of grievance of the petitioner.

Be that as it may, having regard to the nature of the dispute which is absolutely a private dispute, I am of the opinion that the police authorities have no scope for interference with such dispute.

Petitioner, if he is aggrieved regarding the water connection or disconnection, will approach the appropriate criminal court and/or civil court or the Municipal authorities for redressing his grievance. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 11131 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
