2. State is represented by the learned Advocate.

3. In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court earlier on 03.04.2025 a report is submitted by the SI of Police, Purbasthali Police Station, District-Purba Bardhaman indicating that during pendency of this appeal the appellant, namely, Nagendra Barui and Smt. Alorani Barui have been expired on 25.02.2021 and 24.09.2022 respectively. The certificates of deaths of those appellants also affirm the death of those appellants/convicts.

4. As both the appellants have been expired during the pendency of this appeal, the present appeal stands abated against them.

5. The instant appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed as abated.

6. Accordingly, appeal being no. CRA 211 of 2014 is hereby disposed of.

7. Let a copy of this order along with the Trial Court Records be sent down to the Trial Court immediately.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
