1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 14 of 2013 pending before the learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ranaghat, District- Nadia.

2. Considering the nature of the prayer, I find no reason to ask the petitioner to serve notice. The service of notice stands dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn my attention to the certified copies of the orders, wherefrom it is found that the learned Judge fixed date for hearing argument in the month of July, 2022 but till date the argument has not been heard.

4. Given facts and circumstances, learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ranaghat, DistrictNadia is requested to dispose of the Title Suit No.

14 of 2013 in terms of direction already given in CO 2233 of 2017 within three (03) months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With this observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
