Learned counsels for the parties represented submit that in C.S. Case no. 1473 of 2021 as well as C.S. Case no. 1470 of 2021 plea has been recorded and the cases are fixed for examination of witnesses. In C.S. Case no. 1473 of 2021 the case number has been wrongly recorded as C.S. Case no. 1470 of 2021 from order dated 28th March, 2023. Similarly, in C.S. Case no. 1470 of 2021 the case number has been wrongly recorded as C.S. Case no. 1473 of 2021 from order dated 28th March, 2023. Therefore, the numbers of the cases recorded in the said orders as well as subsequent orders be rectified.

Accordingly, in C.S. Case no. 1473 of 2021 pending before the learned trial Court the case number be correctly recorded as C.S. Case

no. 1473 of 2021 from order dated 28th March, 2023 and also subsequent orders passed therein.

Similarly in C.S. Case No. 1470 of 2021, the correct case number be recorded in the order dated 28th March, 2023 and all subsequent orders passed thereafter.

Since nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present applications, the same are disposed of.

Trial Court records be returned.
