3. The petitioner prays for consideration of the representation filed in January 2024 annexed at pages 27 to 30 of the writ petition.

4. It appears that there is no proof of service of the aforesaid representation upon the respondent no. 4.

5. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by observing that it will be open for the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4 with his grievance.

6. In the event any such representation is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with the prevailing guidelines at the earliest.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
