Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

It appears from the record that pursuant to the representation submitted by the applicants/petitioners, proceeding under Section 10 of the West Bengal Highways Act, 1964 has been initiated by the alleged contemnor. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to hold that the order under contempt has been substantially complied with.

Accordingly, contempt petition being CPAN No. 523 of 2022 is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
